Tele sales Executive Logistics – Female

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Logistics Tele Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, promoting our services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and prospecting Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients. Contact leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Explain our services, packages, and solutions clearly.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

Follow up with leads and convert potential clients into customers. Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

• Promote air freight, sea freight, land freight, customs clearance, and other logistics services.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in logistics sales or freight forwarding sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Female candidates preferred. Previous experience in telesales

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
